Our Returns Policy

Physical Goods

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five (5) days from the time you receive the goods so that we can resolve any problems.

At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, or exchange the goods for other items up to the value of the initial purchase. If we believe that the complaint is not genuine, we may decline to offer a refund or exchange.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if the product has been dropped or broken.

If a refund or exchange has been offered, the goods must be returned in their original condition and in their undamaged, original packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier. Baker Street Recordings Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Digital Goods

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the download link is sent. If you experience any issues receiving or downloading your purchases, please contact us.
